These rules apply to all registered units and commanders participating in BellumBattleNet leagues. By registering, you agree to uphold these standards. Failure to do so may result in match penalties, suspension or removal from the league.
01 — Conduct & Respect
1.1
Respectful Communication
All interactions — in the forum, messaging system and match reports — must remain respectful. Harassment, personal attacks, discriminatory language or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
1.2
Sportsmanship
Win or lose, all commanders are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism. Gloating, trash talk and unsporting behaviour reflect poorly on your unit and will be acted upon.
1.3
Unit Representation
You represent your unit at all times. Actions taken in bad faith reflect on your team's standing in the league. Unit commanders are responsible for the conduct of their members.
02 — Match Rules
2.1
Result Submission
Both teams must submit match results within 48 hours of the fixture being played. Failure to submit results on time may result in the match being recorded as a forfeit.
2.2
Disputed Results
If both teams submit conflicting scores, the match will be flagged as disputed. Both teams must provide evidence (screenshots, video, witnesses). Admin will make a final ruling.
2.3
Match Fixing & Dishonesty
Deliberately submitting false results, colluding to fix match outcomes, or any form of dishonest play will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the league.
2.4
No-shows & Forfeits
Failing to participate in a scheduled fixture without notifying your opponent and the admin at least 24 hours in advance will be recorded as a forfeit (0–1 loss).
03 — Registration & Eligibility
3.1
One Account Per Unit
Each unit may only have one registered account. Multiple accounts for the same unit are not permitted and will result in both accounts being suspended.
3.2
Accurate Information
All registration information must be accurate. Units that are found to have provided false information during registration may be removed at admin discretion.
3.3
League Commitment
Registering for a league is a commitment to complete the season. Units that repeatedly withdraw from fixtures or abandon the league mid-season will face restrictions on future registration.
04 — Forum & Community
4.1
Forum Standards
The forum is a shared community space. Keep discussions relevant and constructive. Spam, excessive off-topic posting and inflammatory content will be removed.
4.2
Recruitment Posts
Recruitment for external platforms or competing leagues is not permitted in the forum or messaging system without prior admin approval.
4.3
Reporting
If you witness a violation of these rules, use the report function or contact admin directly. Do not take matters into your own hands or retaliate publicly.
05 — Admin & Enforcement
5.1
Admin Decisions
Admin decisions are final. Appeals can be submitted via the messaging system and will be reviewed fairly, but continued disputes after a final ruling will be treated as misconduct.
5.2
Sanctions
Violations of these rules may result in: a formal warning, point deductions, fixture forfeits, temporary suspension or permanent removal from BellumBattleNet depending on severity.
5.3
Rule Updates
These rules may be updated at any time. Registered units will be notified of significant changes via the messaging system. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
